Upon invitation, Natalia studied formally with Master Trainer Susan Huffman, P.T. in St. Augustine, FL.  During the comprehensive 600-hour program, she studied both the classical method as well as numerous evolved techniques.  Natalia is also a yoga teacher, having received her certification from Peachtree Yoga Center

Before establishing Studio 3 in 2005, she taught in a physical therapy practice, working with post-rehab clients as well as the general fitness population.  She has seen great success in students from all walks of life: competitive athletes to the elderly.

Natalia’s passion for movement and health stems from her earliest years.  Her background includes ballet, piano, gymnastics, competitive running and skiing.  For the past 18 years she has been studying herbal and nutritional healing.

Natalia finds joy in guiding each student through an individually tailored, flowing routine designed to strengthen the body, focus the mind, and enliven the spirit. She teaches private Pilates & yoga sessions at Studio 3 as well as group classes in the Atlanta area.

While at UGA, Natalia also created and wrote “The Student Body” health column for The Red & Black, the university’s daily newspaper.
